We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Visitor information: Name and contact information (email, phone number), vehicle license plate number
• Resident information: Condominium address, unit number, a name they would like to be identified by as public information. Optionally the mobile number if the resident participates in approving parking requests. Optionally resident vehicle license plate number.
• Visit details: Date, time

In addition to the above, license plate images may be captured and stored to enable enforcement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage visitor parking requests
• Send notifications to residents and visitors
• Maintain security records for condominiums we service
• Improve our services and user experience

3. Information Sharing

We may share information we have collected about you with the below parties as may be deemed necessary to provide our Service. We do not sell your personal information.

With the Condominium Board

We may share your information with the condominium management and security staff.

With Legal Enforcement Bodies or Courts

We may share your personal information (including name, contact information and license plate information) with law enforcement agencies, parking enforcement officers, or courts in response to a parking violation or court order, or to protect our rights in a dispute. We will limit the information shared to that which is reasonably necessary for legal purpose.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including Stripe for payments, Twilio for mobile notifications, PlateRecognizer for License Plate Recognition (LPR), Base44 for hosting and email delivery services, all of whom are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Mobile Information & SMS Privacy

No mobile information or phone numbers will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Payment Data

Credit card information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
